Do I need to pay a pre-deposit?

As we are a colour + extension specialist salon our usual services can be from 2- 5 hours, so due to our limited availability, we require a minimum $150 booking deposit for most of our appointments. 

All booking deposits are fully credited to the service on the day and they are strictly non-refundable, but I’ll gladly reschedule you and your pre-deposit if you give us 7 days’ notice. 

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We’re independent hairdressers and reserve this time specifically for you, therefore we do require you to be on time so you receive a full treatment and everyone else can enjoy their appointment after you. We understand that things happen and sometimes you will need to change your appointment, but I do ask that you provide us 7 days notice if you are unable to attend.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable, but I’ll gladly reschedule you and your pre-deposit if you give us 7 business days notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made by speaking with reception before the end of the working day (4:30 pm) or by e-mail.

Same day cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or No-Shows will be charged 50% of the service.

If any services are removed from the booking with less than 7 days notice, the amount of the original service/s will be charged. This includes a change of mind at the time of the appointment.

Where should I park?

The best place to park is at Wilson or CPP Car Park on the same street (Mayfair Street), only 1 minute walking from our Salon. 

What are your refund or re-do policies?

We want all our babes to love their hair, so we spend time at the beginning of each appointment with a custom colour and extension free consultation to ensure we understand your desired hair, coupled with a realistic and honest appraisal of how and if that can be achieved.

We do not offer refunds on hair services, but if you are not absolutely in love with your hair we are happy to re-address any issues (within 7 days). We want our clients to be happy and love their hair!

However, if you decide to change your mind on the colour or extension we originally consulted with you, this is not classed as a re-do and any changes will be charged.

Please note that the prices on our website are a guide and can change without notice.  We are able to provide exact quotes when we provide in-person consultations either by popping in to our salon or during your consultation before we start your hair service.
